Company has a new automated messaging system. The number that appears on
Caller ID is 844-690-1586. If this number shows up on your phone, it
is a message from us. This is the same number you can use to make a
payment by phone with your account number.
Create an online
account on our new web portal for many options to manage your
account. Usernames
cannot have spaces. Set up a bank draft from a checking,
savings, or credit card account, store a card for future one-click payments and
manage your communication preferences.
Use the Quick Pay feature to make a payment
without setting up an account.
Chase Bank customers
setting up ACH/Bank Drafts may notice a bank account number tied to your utility account
that is different from the bank account number you entered. This is a function of Chase Bank’s extra step
to help protect against fraud. Chase
Bank has an internal mapping system that ties the account information you entered
to the account information provided to us.
